What is EFT/Tapping?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as Tapping, combines aspects of cognitive therapy, exposure therapy, and acupressure. Tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or problem sends calming signals of safety to your brain, allowing you to access and release events and emotions in a way that feels safe. This allows you the space and clarity to form deeply felt, empowering beliefs about yourself and your potential.
