I’ve been there. For years, I lived under the weight of my own inner bully. It wasn’t until I found Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as Tapping, that I began to understand what was really going on. Through EFT, I uncovered layers of inherited trauma—generational patterns of fear and limiting beliefs that had quietly shaped how I saw myself and the world.
EFT changed everything for me, and now I use it to help others make the same powerful shift. Together, we gently explore the roots of your inner critic. Most often, we discover it’s repeating an old story learned early in life—a story that isn’t even true.

Physical Pain
