Dedicated to helping you break free of limiting beliefs and fears so you can live in your true power.
About Me
I love helping adults who live every day with a harsh inner critic that keeps them afraid and paralyzed. I’ve lived with this inner bully my whole life and it wasn’t until I used Emotional Freedom Techniques/Tapping (EFT) that I realized that I was carrying generations of inherited trauma. Through EFT, I was able to let go of and heal inherited paradigms of fear-based thoughts and behaviors.
Using EFT/Tapping, I help my clients trace that voice back to its origins where, typically, we find this inner critic is telling a story it learned early in life, and that the story isn’t true. Imagine living with an inner champion instead of a critic! The goal isn’t to banish that part of you; the goal is to teach it a new, empowering story based on the truth of who you are and your specific genius.

Limiting Beliefs
“Tapping with Casey helped me break through many of the beliefs and walls that I had built holding those thoughts and emotions in place. When the walls started to come down I had such a feeling of lightness and clarity...it was amazing! You can trust that she is working with YOUR best interest and well-being as her top priority...plus, she has a great sense of humor and will make you laugh, which makes everything better!” Kelly V

Traumatic Events
“I experienced a traumatic event that made it difficult for me to get through my day and sleep through the night and my sessions with Casey made an immediate impact. I didn’t know what to expect going into my first session. I was so pleased to discover that it wasn’t like traditional therapy where you disclose your history. Instead it was open-ended and I was invited to set the focus and the pace and depth.” Colby D

Physical Pain
“I had chronic pain and swelling in my wrist and was skeptical that tapping would help. My session with Casey revealed that I was holding on to some deep seated feelings of humiliation and shame. Once I recognized that and accepted it, I was able to release it both physically and emotionally. My swelling and pain subsided after 10 days and I was completely pain free. It was a gentle way to face what was a very painful memory for me. It also gave me practical skills I can use on my own to address anxiety or stress in my everyday life.” Linda W
